pcb Loader machine introduction
The board loading machine is also called the board feeding machine and the feeding machine. It is a kind of production equipment that needs to be used in the SMT production and processing of electronic products. Its main function is to place the unmounted PCB boards in the SMT board loading machine. The board arrives at the board suction machine, and then the board suction machine automatically places the PCB on the track of the solder paste printing machine and uploads it to the solder paste printing machine for solder paste operation.
The SMT automatic loading machine is used at the source of the SMT production line. According to the requirements of the rear equipment, the PCB plates stored in the circulating box will be transferred to the production line one by one. When all the PCB plates in the circulating box are transferred, the empty circulating box will be automatically downloaded and replaced with the following fully loaded circulating box.
