Brief introduction of ET5235

The working principle

The working principle of the full-automatic printer is that the circuit board to be printed is first fixed on the printing positioning table, and then the left and right scrapers of the printer print the solder paste or red glue on the corresponding pads through the steel mesh, and the PCB with uniform printing is input to the mounter through the transmission table for automatic mounting.

Precautions for the use of the printing machine: The best scraper material is steel scraper, which is conducive to the forming and stripping of the solder paste printed on the PCB.The thickness of the steel mesh and the shape and proportion of the openings shall be selected according to the requirements of the product. The tension test shall be carried out on the steel mesh once a week, and the required tension value shall be above 35 N/cm.And when printing 5-10 PCB boards continuously, wipe them once with dust-free screen paper, preferably not with rags.
