Attention:
Since the speed of the blade is inversely proportional to the viscosity of the solder paste, the speed is slower when there is a narrow pitch.
If the speed is too fast, the time for the blade to pass through the opening of the stencil is relatively short, and the solder paste cannot be sufficiently penetrated into the opening, which may easily cause printing defects such as insufficient filling or missing printing of the solder paste.
