The optical positioning point (MARK point) of the substrate and the stencil on the workbench is centered by the printer camera, and then the X, Y, and z of the substrate and the stencil are finely adjusted to make the substrate pad pattern and the stencil opening. The graphics are completely coincident.

Attention:

1. The use of solder paste should strictly follow the guidelines for the use of solder paste. Only one-third of the bottles can be placed on the steel mesh at a time. Stirring was resumed after 4 hours of printing. Solder paste bottles should be scraped clean to prevent waste. Pay attention to the recovery of the solder paste on the steel mesh and scraper.

2. The printer should be careful when using and installing the stencil. The mixing knives should not be placed on the steel mesh to prevent damage to the stencil and scraper when the squeegee is pressed down. Special attention should be paid to the placement of the thimble. Other debris other than the thimble should not be placed under the steel mesh.
